The top can be done in a plain fabric and the bottom in a flower fabric.
It may also be more sophisticated in making the top in baptist and ruffle s in "broderie anglaise" with finished edges, with the widths matching those of the dress.
We can also make a dress, sailor style making the top with a striped fabric that will be placed horizontally and the bottom made with the same fabric with vertical stripes.
The ruffles can be in two different colors, belt and nots in satin ribbon etc. ......
