Goods return policy

Bouton vertGoods returns management needs a special treatment depending on the cause that leads you to want to return a product:

    1. The supplied product does not conform to your order,
    2. You want to use your withdrawal right ,
    3. The product proves defective during the warranty period.

     

    1- Non compliant product

    We will reimburse you, or exchange products that do not match your order (non compliant).

    In this case, we ask you to write a detailed statement by email or mail(see our dedicated form) quoting your order number and send us the product after our agreement. a-et-a.com will exchange or refund the product or products.

    In the case of refund, the shipping charges will be refunded.

    2- Withdrawal right

    You have 14 days from the receipt of the order to renounce the product which does not suit you.
    The only condition before returning the product or products is telling us about your withdrawal (by email or mail, see our dedicated form), and have received an acknowledgment from us.

    • The cost of return will be at your expense.

    • Only the price of the product or products purchased and delivery costs at the most economical price will be refunded.

    According to the law, the right of return for withdrawal can't be granted:

    • for books, magazines, knitting and sewing patterns unsealed by the customer,
    • for custom products (custom patterns, woven custom labels, custom printed ribbons etc. ...), complying with the customer request,
    • for products cut at a length chosen by the customer,
    • for downloadable products as a computer file (patterns, templates, cards etc ...),
    • for cosmetics and / or perishable products.

    Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled (including for the specific product packaging when it exists) by the customer will suffer a discount based on a-et-a.com estimate, or, in extreme cases, will not be accepted.


    3- Defective products under warranty,

    For defective products under warranty, the customer must give us the description of the fault via our dedicated form. After analysis We will provide him the repair procedures. Within metropolitan France, the delivery costs to the place of repair will be at our expense (after client communication and acceptance), the cost of returning to the customer's original place of delivery will be paid by us in the same limits.
